The Kuryakyn 2596 Trailer Wiring and Relay Harness allows you to safely and effectively apply the load from your trailer lighting the the battery, not the rest of the motorcycle's electrical system. Eliminates overloading stock lighting or accessory circuits; relay harness utilized inputs from the motorcycle to direct power from the battery to the appropriate trailer lighting circuit. Kit provides standard 4-wire output (run, left turn/brake, right turn/brake, ground); Bonus wire can be connected to provide fused 12v power to the trailer for compartment lights or keyless entry systems wired independent from trailer's essential lighting. Includes (1) relay module 4 wire, (1) 4 pin trailer plug harness, (1) inline blade style fuse holder, and (1) hardware kit; suggested for installation (not included): wire stripper/cutter, wire crimpers, #2 phillips screwdriver, socket and ratchet set, in-lbs (Nm) torque wrench. The Kuryakyn 2596 Trailer Wiring and Relay Harness is compatible with 5-wire trailers on Harley-Davidson models: '14-'19 Electra Glides, Road Glides, Street Glides (excludes '14-'15 FLHTKSE, '15 FLTRUSE), and Road King Special.
