All 4 are made with 304 brushed stainless steel and cast aluminum components except the Plancha, which is oil coated steel. The non-corrosive, cast aluminum base on the Grill and Pizza Top prevents heat distortion to maintain a perfect fit with the Firebox. The Grill includes a unique diffuser plate to provide even heat across the entire cooking surface, funnels grease away from the burner into the Firebox grease containment system, and helps maintain temperature and control smoke. The lid includes a thermometer and locks into place for easy transport. The Pizza Oven has a curved upper inner liner to melt all the delicious pizza toppings and a pizza stone for a crispy crust.
